Membership Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms
To maintain your discounted Diva Membership, you must commit to monthly payments for a duration of six consecutive months. Additionally, you must ensure that your payments process on or before the automated monthly due date to keep your account active and eligible for the discount. In the event that an automatic payment fails, Rulz Fitness will apply a late fee of $30 to your account.
Cancellation and Fees
Please note that if you cancel your membership before completing the initial six-month term, or if you cease making payments, Rulz Fitness will charge an early termination fee of $150. Furthermore, we will apply any applicable missed payment fees in addition to this termination charge. To remain in good standing, you must pay all outstanding balances—including late and early termination fees—in full before returning to class or within 30 days of notice, depending on which comes first.
Membership Extensions and Holds
While we expect a full commitment, Rulz Fitness may grant membership extensions or holds for documented injuries or major life events that prevent your participation. However, please understand that we do not include vacations in this policy. We evaluate all hold requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure we support you through your specific circumstances.
Post-Term Renewal
- After the initial six-month term, the membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.
- The membership can be cancelled by the customer without any penalties once the six-month term is completed.
- If the membership was purchased at a promotional rate, the cost may revert to the normal rate of $100 per month after the six-month term is completed.
Important Reminders
- To continue qualifying for the discounted Diva Membership, ensure that the account remains active with timely payments.
- After the six-month agreement, the membership will renew automatically at either the normal or promotional rate, depending on the terms of the initial promotion or sale campaign.
- Customers can cancel the membership at any time after the six-month agreement without incurring any fees or cancellation costs.
