BellyDance Fitness

A sensual and feminine fusion of fitness and dance! Fundamentals are taught so no experience is required! Ladies Only.

ZUMBA

A dance-based fitness class that uses a fusion of Latin and International rhythms. Come out and join the ZUMBA® Fitness Party!

Tightening & Toning

Sculpt your body with weights, and personal strength training that focuses on abs, arms, and legs. Please bring or wear your tennis shoes 

Mindful Mediation

This class provides, personal Intention setting, positive self talk reinforcement by positive affirmation messaging, singing bowl and chime modalitie

Jiivana Yoga® Class

Influenced by Vinyasa Hatha Yoga.   The belief that life is a beautiful gift given to us to be lived each and every day. 

The RULZ!

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for Check-in. ALL classes start promptly! Children permitted only as class participants. Recommended age 13 on up.
