Overview

Tightening & Toning

This energizing 60-minute class is designed to sculpt and strengthen your abs, arms, and legs using your own body weight as resistance. Through purposeful, controlled movements, you’ll build muscular strength, endurance, stability, and balance — all while learning proper form and posture to ensure safe and effective results.

Session may begin with a dynamic warm-up (depending on weather), which may include 5–7 minutes of light aerobic movement or, weather permitting, a refreshing 10-minute outdoor power walk to elevate your heart rate and prepare your body for training.

We close every class with focused flexibility work to enhance mobility, improve performance, and reduce the risk of injury in your everyday activities.

Open to all fitness levels — modifications and progressions are always provided so you can move confidently at your own pace.

Sculpt your body to what you desire with motivational music and personal strength training.

Weights and resistance band will be used.

PLEASE – Remember to wear or bring your sneaker/tennis shoes for this class!
